Airtel Xstream portfolio only got another inclusion with the Xstream Fiber broadband program offering 1Gbps speed. Here’s everything you will need to know. The telco has unveiled Xstream Fiber with 1Gbps broadband speed. Airtel’s launch comes soon after the commercial launch of Reliance Jio Fiber.
Airtel Xstream Fiber program is priced at Rs 3,999 a month with up to 1Gbps speed. The Airtel Xstream Fiber program comes bundled with Airtel Thanks benefits that include 3 weeks Netflix subscription, 1 year Amazon Prime subscription, access to premium content from ZEE5 and Xtsream program. Airtel Xstream Fibre customers will also get unlimited landline calls for any operator in the nation.
Airtel has not specified how much information includes the Xstream Fiber program. In contrast, Jio Fiber’s 1Gbps program also priced at Rs 3,999 provides 2500GB of information.
Airtel Xstream Fiber is launching for houses, SOHO and small industrial establishments in 15 cities such as Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida, Ghaziabad, Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore. Airtel says it’ll expand its Xtsream Fiber service to more cities in the coming months.
As stated earlier, Airtel Xstream Fiber is part of Airtel’s Xstream digital content platform. The telco has already established Xstream Box that is a 4K digital set-top-box based on Android. Additionally, it launched the Xstream Stick that’s an OTT based smart pole like Amazon’s Fire TV. Airtel Xstream offers unlimited access to Android programs from Google Play Store, OTT content and local TV stations also.
Users will also become one-month subscription to an HD DTH package. Present Airtel TV users can update to Xstream Box at Rs 2,249.
